As an Ecommerce Analyst, you will be joining the Digital Acceleration Team within No7 Beauty Company to support the mass personalisation ambition for our main digital brands in our lead markets. You will improve our data-driven marketing mission by ensuring we measure the impact of our digital acceleration and the benefits of our new Martech projects.
Your primary goal will be to support and develop the analytics workstream of our Martech programme, ensuring business benefits are delivered by tracking KPI growth through our new analytics tools. We are spread across several offices, so you can be based either in London or Nottingham to work with the rest of the Digital Acceleration Team.
You will work closely with different product owners in the digital acceleration team and support the Global Digital Enablement Manager with strategy to drive the data-driven marketing mission. We have recently invested in several Martech tools, including the Adobe suite (including Adobe Analytics) and a Customer Data Platform, providing access to more data and insights. We are looking for an Ecommerce Analyst to maximize the investment into these technologies by ensuring the wider team can access insightful reports and analytics, and by tracking growth through the right KPIs.
Responsibilities
* Analyse market trends and competitor insights, turning data from multiple sources into consolidated views accessible by the wider team. Extract valuable data and insights to inform decisions and foster growth.
* Ensure the use and optimization of tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and our Customer Data Platform, maintaining data integrity. Create and maintain an Analytics Roadmap aligned with business requirements.
* Report on the commercial benefits of our Martech programme, including media, and work with product owners to monitor relevant KPIs.
* Adopt a test-and-learn approach to audience segmentation and data. Plan and execute media testing through Liveramp, our CDP, and Adobe suite, utilizing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data. Ensure data volume, quality, matching, and governance are maintained.
* Collaborate with agency and retail partners to ensure access to and effective use of segments. Optimize media buys along the funnel by applying data insights and supporting local teams.
* Partner with stakeholders including Martech partners, Data & Retail analytics teams, and insight teams to improve reporting and analytics processes.
* Coordinate with the Data Protection & Privacy Team when creating data exports or imports to ensure compliance and support governance, guiding colleagues and third parties on best practices and privacy rules.
What you’ll need to have
* Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of success metrics and KPIs.
* Experience with web analytics tools and tag management.
* Hands-on experience with analytics and CDPs, ideally with Adobe Analytics.
* Proven ability to manage and analyze large datasets, with problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
* Experience in presenting insights and recommendations clearly using data storytelling and visualization tools.
* Team player capable of working within cross-functional teams, proactive, detail-oriented, and organized.
