I’m working exclusively with a Legal 100 national law firm to recruit for an exciting Housing Management role in their Birmingham office.
You’ll be joining a highly regarded team advising social landlords and other landlords on a variety of housing management matters, including:
* Access injunctions for gas and electricity safety
* Injunction claims
* Disrepair claims
* Cases under the Equality Act 2010 & Mental Capacity Act 2005
* Breach of tenancy claims
* Possession claims
* Failed succession cases
* Leasehold management advice
* Service charge disputes
