The Role: High5 Recruitment is seeking three high-calibre Senior RSWs for a brand-new therapeutic service in Shropshire. This is a founding team opportunity. We are looking for competent Shift Leaders who have transitioned from Residential Childcare Practitioners and are ready to mentor others in a safe, consistent environment. What we need from you: Shift Leadership: You must be a "will-do" leader. We need Seniors who take initiative on shift, managing the home's rhythm without needing prompts from the RM. Stable Employment: Our young people need consistency. We are looking for a CV that demonstrates longevity and commitment to previous Children's Services. Emotional Intelligence: A deep understanding of how to co-regulate with young people who have experienced trauma. You must be a calm, predictable presence. Core Responsibilities: Leading shifts within an Ofsted-regulated framework. Mentoring junior staff on therapeutic practice. Ensuring Safeguarding procedures and Quality Standards are met to the highest level.
