Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Housing Officer for a Local Authority Client in Nottinghamshire.
In this role, you will provide housing support, manage cases, and work closely with residents and colleagues to ensure effective housing services across the district.
Duties:
Provide advice and support to residents on housing matters.
Manage housing cases and maintain accurate records.
Liaise with colleagues and external partners to resolve housing issues.
Undertake administrative tasks to support housing operations.Qualifications and Experience:
The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:
Experience working in housing management or a similar role.
Proven ability to manage cases and deliver results independently.
Experience engaging with residents, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.What's on offer:
Salary: £20ph
*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*
Contract type: 6 months minimum, with a high likelihood of extension
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week
