3. Manage multiple marketing campaigns from initiation to completion within set timelines and budgets.
4. Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure project objectives are met.
5. Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
6. Ensure marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and public sector standards.
7. Analyse campaign performance and prepare detailed reports.
8. Identify potential risks and implement effective solutions to address them.
9. Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content for various platforms.
10. Oversee procurement processes for marketing-related resources and services.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Marketing Project Manager should have:
11. Proven experience managing marketing projects, preferably in the public sector.
12. Strong understanding of campaign planning and execution.
13. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
14. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
15. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
