Staffline is recruiting for a Transport Administrator to join our client's Distribution Centre in St Athan.
Shift: Monday to Friday
PAYE pay rate: £13.25/hr
Your Time at Work
Role will include:
* Daily briefing/debriefing of drivers
* Data input and reporting
* Update daily and weekly KPI trackers
* Update inbound/outbound trackers
* Produce daily run sheets
* Assist with weekly planning
* Tracking of vehicles using telematic systems
* Promote DHL Safety culture
* Handle inbound calls from customer and external stakeholders
* Produce outbound EU Returns documentation
* Other general admin duties as required
Our Perfect Worker
Confident and capable communicator. Strong administrative skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel). Attention to detail with good time management. Ability to work under pressure. Team player, motivated, and eager to grow in a dynamic and diverse environment.
Desirable but Not Essential:
* Experience in a transport office
