Role Description
We are seeking a Specialist Mortgage Advisor for a full-time, on-site position based in Frodsham. In this role, you will work closely with clients to identify suitable mortgage products, assess their financial situations, and provide expert guidance tailored to their individual needs. Responsibilities include analyzing financial documents, liaising with lenders, guiding clients through the application process, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and build strong relationships with clients to deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
* Proven expertise in mortgage advising, understanding lending criteria, and assessing financial documents
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients
* Knowledge of financial regulations and experience ensuring compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority guidelines
* Problem-solving capability, critical thinking, and the willingness to find tailored solutions for diverse client situations
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, customer-centered environment
* Proficiency in using financial software and CRM tools is an advantage
* CeMAP qualification or equivalent is required
* Previous experience in specialized mortgage solutions or working with clients facing financial challenges is a plus
