Our client is a highly respected, Scottish-owned construction business with a proud history of delivering high-quality new build projects across the Central Belt. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their senior management team.

The Role
As Contracts Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple projects from pre-construction through to handover. You will oversee site teams, manage contractual obligations, and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the delivery of multiple new build projects across education, healthcare, and warehousing
*
Lead, manage, and support Project Managers and site teams to ensure high performance
*
Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
*
Ensure projects meet contractual, financial, and quality targets
*
Monitor and manage project programmes, budgets, and resources
*
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
*
Report regularly to senior management on progress and performance
Projects
Typical project values range from £1m to multi-million-pound builds, offering a varied and challenging portfolio of work.
Requirements
*
Proven track record as a Contracts Manager within the construction industry
*
Experience delivering new build projects in education, healthcare, or warehousing
*
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of construction contracts
*
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
*
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
*
Full UK driving licence
