Job Title: Senior Account Manager – IT Sales

Key Role Responsibilities

* Build and grow relationships with new and existing corporate clients, particularly within the private sector.
* Proactively drive new logo acquisition and maximise growth within billing accounts.
* Identify client IT challenges and present value-driven solutions aligned to business needs.
* Create, present and negotiate bespoke IT solutions across infrastructure, cloud and software offerings.
* Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting and lead qualification to closing and pipeline management.
* Work in collaboration with pre-sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and delivery excellence.
* Stay informed on market developments, technology trends, and competitor offerings to refine approach and strategies.

Key Attributes Required

* Minimum of 2 years' experience working in IT sales for a Value Added Reseller (VAR), Distributor, or Vendor.
* A proven sales track record with evidence of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
* Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
* Highly motivated and results-driven, with a proactive and self-starting attitude.
* Comfortable with CRM systems and data-driven sales tracking.
* Based within commuting distance of Reading, London or Leatherhead – with a willingness to travel as required.
