Job Summary

The Membership Executive plays a key role in supporting both the administrative and experiential aspects of The House of KOKO’s Membership team. This full-time position bridges member relations, event coordination, and departmental administration, ensuring that our members receive an exceptional experience from application to renewal - and throughout their journey with us.

Working collaboratively across departments, the Membership Executive will manage CRM data, streamline processes and provide hands‑on support for the delivery of our members’ events programme. The ideal candidate combines operational efficiency with a personable, proactive approach to community engagement and service.

Working closely with the Membership team and Operations, you will help facilitate the successful running of our members’ events, including the preparation of function sheets, logistics coordination, supplier liaison, and on‑the‑day event support from set‑up through to execution and post‑event administrational tasks.

* Prepare detailed function sheets and event documentation, ensuring information is communicated accurately across internal teams.
