Description Service Delivery Specialist – Installations Location: Working 4 days per week on site in our clients office in Warrington. Our commitment to a flexible and hybrid working culture Role Purpose Member of the service delivery team, ensuring high-quality delivery of services across Arqiva’s operations and customers. Ensures continuous improvement in service delivery, and customer onboarding processes, aligned with strategic and business objectives ensuring service excellence. The role Supports the management of internal and contract partner installations teams to deliver installation plans to time, cost, quality and safety requirements. Manage key elements of the day-to-day programme activities to deliver the contractual commitments into the customer and business using a structured and methodical approach. Working with the service delivery managers to ensure work aligns with strategic goals and SLAs. Drive continuous improvement in service delivery, using data analysis to monitor performance and implement changes. Monitor and respond to all risks and issues and ensure effective and regular reporting both to the customer and business highlighting successes and areas for improvement. Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the service delivery team. Support the management of relationships with key customers, ensuring that their service needs are met and exceeded where possible. Support the alignment of service delivery processes with Arqiva’s move towards a more agile and product-led operating model. Support the implementation of strategies that reduce customer churn, from the initial sales journey to the seamless delivery of services, focusing on increasing customer retention and successful renewals. Support efforts to optimise the cost of new services and service redesigns, ensuring an effective balance between cost control and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Role model Arqiva’s culture goals with the team, building respect and credibility; set a high-performance bar and challenge the team to deliver sustainable results, by supporting the development of skills and capabilities within the team and focused on outcomes. Support effective management of relationships & communications both internal and external to connect, collaborate & support transparently, balancing face to face and virtual, to encourage cross-functional understanding, agreement and knowledge sharing. Skills Service Operations - Proficiency with service operations management tools, techniques and software Service Management - Proficiency in developing and maintaining service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery across all customer interactions. Customer Excellence – Experience in customer experience principles and management, with an ability to implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and engagement. Data Analysis - Ability to manipulate and analyse data and make informed decisions Communication skills - collaborate with cross-functional teams, present technical and data information Analytical and technical problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues Project management - ability to manage one or multiple projects or project tasks and meet deadlines Relationship management - ability to foster relationships (and network) with customers and external vendors and suppliers Knowledge & Experience Experience in service delivery, operations, service management or a related field. Experience in supporting large complex multi-year programmes and projects Proven ability to manage customer and supplier relationships to deliver outcomes.
