The Sales Support Administrator will support Onnec's sales team to ensure smooth operations and efficient processes, including assisting the Sales Operations Manager with supporting the Pre-Sales & Sales Teams during tender and proposal stages of the bid process, from initiation to closure.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Order Processing: Accurately input sales orders into the ERP system on time.
* Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Update customer and sales opportunity information in the CRM system, track inquiries, feedback, and sales progress, and maintain an accurate sales pipeline for forecasting.
* Sales Team Support & Process Compliance: Assist with administrative tasks, coordinate communication, support in creating quotations, prepare and submit bids, gather information for bids, ensure timely and compliant proposals, organize meetings and training, review proposals, and enforce sales procedures.
* Document Management: Organize and maintain sales documents, proposals, and the tender library.
* Product Knowledge Support: Stay updated on company products, services, and market trends.
Qualifications:
* Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Intact, Sage, Netsuite)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Ability to produce high-quality proposals and presentations
* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks
* Enthusiastic, customer-focused, confident, and presentable

* Internal: Sales Support Manager, Sales Team, Design Team, Service Team
* External: Clients, Suppliers, Manufacturers
