Recruitment Business Partner | Building High-Impact Teams at Totalmobile | Employer Branding Advocate
At Totalmobile, we’re building more than software — we’re building better working days. Every day, over 500,000 field service workers rely on our solutions to deliver exceptional service across healthcare, local government, housing, and more. But now, we’re entering an even more ambitious chapter — one where data and AI play a central role in our mission.
That’s where you come in. We’re looking for a Product Owner to work with our Data & Analytics team at a pivotal moment. AI is no longer a “someday” concept for us — it’s a strategic priority. We’re committed to getting AI capabilities into production and commercialised, but to do that, we need someone laser-focused on execution.
We’ve been without a dedicated PO who can bring clarity, structure, and energy to the day-to-day delivery of our data and AI products, ensuring our vision moves from the whiteboard to real-world impact.
You’ll be the vital link between big-picture thinking and ground-level execution. Working closely with development teams, you’ll translate our strategic goals into user stories and sprints, ensuring that what we build is not only technically sound but commercially relevant. You'll build trust with developers, work fluidly across a community of POs, and connect the dots with other product verticals to make sure our Data & AI work doesn't sit in a silo.
What success looks like
From day one, you’ll get stuck in — understanding our customers, immersing yourself in our data products, and getting to grips with the delivery backlog. You’ll quickly become the go-to person for making AI features real, not theoretical. Within months, you’ll have helped shape a roadmap that makes commercial sense, keeps development teams energised, and ensures that our AI ambitions are more than just good intentions.
You’ll work in a fast-paced, agile environment — specifically SAFe Agile — and play an active role in sprint planning, backlog grooming, stakeholder engagement, and cross-team collaboration. You'll bring rigour to our delivery process and pride in getting things over the line.
Skills and experience
You bring at least two years’ experience as a Product Owner, with a solid grasp of how to shape and deliver products from early-stage ambiguity through to real-world impact. You’ve worked in organisations where multiple products are being developed simultaneously, and you know how to collaborate across teams, functions, and priorities.
Crucially, you’ve worked specifically on data and analytics products — this is essential. You understand the challenges and opportunities that come with building data-driven solutions, and you're comfortable working closely with technical teams to bring these to life. While you don’t need to be a data scientist, you’re naturally curious, technically aware, and excited by how AI and analytics can deliver value to customers.
You understand the rhythm and discipline of Agile delivery — especially within a SAFe environment — and you’ve got a track record of building strong relationships with engineers. You know how to get the best out of a team, how to listen to users, and how to balance vision with value.
If you’ve worked with SaaS products or mobile technologies before, even better. But ultimately, we're looking for someone hungry to make a difference, who sees the opportunity AI presents, and who’s ready to make it real, one sprint at a time.
