Responsibilities and Qualifications
You will have knowledge and experience of undertaking pre‑birth assessments, child protection, complex child in need and PLO/Pre proceedings. You will be able to demonstrate a good quality of work, including court statements and assessments, and will support the team manager with mentoring and coaching less experienced team members. You will be enthusiastic, passionate and committed to improving the lived experience of our children. As a role model you will demonstrate true professionalism, provide learning opportunities, reflection and modelling, and lead by example to improve our quality and performance.
