About Us
Founded in 2023 by a dedicated team of pediatric therapists, Stepping Stones Pediatric Therapy has grown to be a team of 21 experienced therapists who work together to bring a love for children and progressive, innovative ideas to help our clients achieve their goals.
We are a nonprofit pediatric therapy clinic located in Londonderry, NH with a multidisciplinary team (PT, OT, SLP, SW) focused on supporting families. We maintain an inclusive, team-based approach to care, a strong emphasis on parent education and community involvement, and per diem scheduling options. Our services include direct physical therapy under supervision, individual and group therapy sessions, and collaboration with families and caregivers to maximize outcomes. We also host skill-building groups, community events, and family education sessions.
We use devices such as LiteGait and SoloStep, a wide variety of therapeutic toys and activities, multiple iPads for AAC device trials, and a large open sensory room. We run multiple skill groups each week and hold monthly developmental screenings, caregiver trainings, and respite sessions. This summer we introduced therapy intensives to NH with gains for participating clients. Our clinic now averages over 360 therapy sessions each month with services in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, feeding therapy, and AAC with therapists trained in diverse practices.
