Were seeking adynamic Junior Community Manager to join a thriving social agency.Youll closely collaborate with the Community Agents &Community Management team to oversee our clients social mediaplatforms and their unique communities.
Yourresponsibilities encompass the full community management lifecyclefrom embracing the channels tone of voice to reviewing recognisingsentiments and tagging comments.

WHAT YOUDO
* Act as the primary point ofcontact for the community maintaining dialogue and fosteringpositive interactions.
* Embrace the brandchannels tone of voice to fit individual conversations &respond to highly varied tickets and situations inrealtime.
* Monitor the community and swiftlyaddress any crisis with appropriatemeasures.
* Enforce community guidelines andensure compliance with establishedrules.
* Provide community support by addressinginquiries related to products services and customerservice.
* Review tag and sentiment all usercomments via a Social Media Managementtool.
* Perform quality assurance on thechannels.
* Support in providing social mediareporting presentations and campaignpreparations.
* Support on community accountmanagement and on clientmanagement.
WHO YOUARE

* Experienced in using common socialmedia tools and platforms.
* Excellent Englishverbal and written communicationskills.
* Ability to interpret website trafficand online customer engagementmetrics.

* Flexible to work 40 hours per weekin rotating shift pattern includingweekend.
* German language skills are a greatplus!
