We’re on an exciting journey of growth and innovation, expanding our product portfolio and evolving how we connect with our customers. As a leader in UK digital infrastructure, we operate 16,000+ sites that power connectivity across communities nationwide.
Now, we’re building a brand-new marketing team—and we’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to help lead the charge.
You’ll bring a breadth of B2B marketing experience and strategic insight to shape and deliver compelling campaigns, elevate our brand, and position us as the partner of choice in digital infrastructure. Working closely with the Chief Customer Officer, you’ll drive customer-focused initiatives that fuel growth, engagement, and long-term loyalty.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading integrated campaigns across channels and audience segments
* Creating and executing go-to-market strategies for new products and services
* Developing value propositions and messaging based on insights and segmentation
* Collaborating across teams to align brand, content, and marketing goals
* Supporting event planning, digital marketing, and lead generation
* Measuring campaign effectiveness and driving continuous improvement
What you’ll bring:
* Proven experience as a senior B2B marketer in complex or fast-paced industries
* Strong strategic planning, campaign leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Passion for delivering results through customer insight and creative execution
* Ideally, a background in technology or telecoms
