We are looking for a Finance Assistant / receivables and purchase ledger clerk who is ideally partially qualified as well as someone newly qualified or just starting in Accountancy. Job Description You will be working closely with the Head of Finance and the Finance Assistant will be responsible for: A range of transaction processing and finance administration, mostly focused on expenditure and payments through our finance software, Xero. The Finance Assistan t will need to communicate effectively with staff across the organisation to help resolve queries and ensure that expenditure and payment processes are operating efficiently and effectively. What we are looking for? Were looking for an organised and confident finance administrator with excellent written and verbal communication skills and exceptional attention to detail. Our ideal candidate would be happy working autonomously and have experience working in a busy team managing multiple different areas of operation.
