Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a hands-on role where you can make a difference? A well-respected charity in Scarborough is looking for an HR Administrator to join their team and provide essential HR and recruitment support on a temporary basis for around 6 months.
Responsibilities
* Providing HR administration and recruitment support
* Advertising vacancies and shortlisting suitable candidates
* Using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage applications and candidate data
* Booking interviews and preparing interview packs
* Issuing offer letters and employment contracts
* Managing pre-employment checks and forms
* Chasing and collating references
Requirements
We are looking for someone confident, with HR and recruitment experience, able to work independently, and quick to pick things up.
This will be working Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm. Salary between £12.82-£13.85 per hour depending on experience.
