A critical part of the business, you'll also oversee and develop the technical capability of the company, contributing to the consulting output and assisting with the overall development of the business.

Main Duties
* Delivery of fire safety design projects, from concept to completion, including the application of non-standard fire engineered analysis.
* Deliver client projects, provide technical support and help nurture the team
* Oversee and develop the technical capability of the team, contributing to the consulting output and assisting with the overall development of the region.
* Working individually and part of a team to win or deliver projects.
* Help nurture junior members of the team, being a key part of their development.
* Working directly with clients to fulfil their needs.
* Attend client meetings and provide fee proposals as required.
* Provide technical guidance and provide advice for clients as appropriate.
* Provide technical advice to employees and associates of the company.
What we ask for
* MSc Fire Engineering degree, or BEng/BSc degree
* Typically 2+ years' experience in a consultancy or similar environment
* Extensive knowledge and experience of UK fire safety legislation and standards.
* Extensive experience delivering fire engineered solutions for UK-based projects.
* Clear understanding of the total fire concept - from client brief through to construction and operation.
* Development and implementation of fire strategies, projects and research initiatives.
* Ability to work under pressure and deliver maximum results.
* Possess excellent report writing and communication skills - be collaborative, creative and engaging
* Ability to multi-task - you will be required to work on multiple projects concurrently, working to tight deadlines and juggling multiple demands
* Proven ability to work remotely both individually and as part of a team
