What You Will Do
As a Registered Nurse on our day shift team, you will provide person-centred nursing care tailored to each resident’s needs. You will be responsible for medication administration, monitoring clinical observations, leading and supporting the care team, and maintaining accurate documentation. You will build strong relationships with residents and their families, ensuring each person feels safe, respected, and empowered. You will promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing, contributing to a calm, engaging, and homely atmosphere. You will respond promptly to changes in residents’ health and ensure all care is delivered safely, compassionately, and in line with best practice.
What We’re Looking For
* Registered Nurse with valid NMC PIN (RGN or RMN)
* Passionate about person-centred care
* Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
* Approachable, calm, and respectful under pressure
* Experience in care homes is welcome but not essential — we welcome newly qualified nurses and those new to care
