Role
We are seeking a Creative Producer to lead the process across our projects, transforming ambitious creative ideas into powerful, polished outputs across multiple mediums — including video, digital content, live events, and experiential campaigns.
This role requires exceptional project management skills and the ability to oversee an efficient end-to-end production process, delivering creative work on-time and on-budget. You will have excellent attention-to-detail and a mindset which is both commercial and creative.
You will be naturally collaborative; a strong communicator who enjoys working with others, connecting all project stakeholders. You will be accountable for overall delivery and need to be able to motivate and direct others with skill and sensitivity. You will be calm and unflappable under pressure; an instinctive and resourceful problem-solver who works with energy, optimism and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership of end-to-end production process, leading projects from initial brief and creative development through to final delivery
Help to translate ambitious creative plans to actionable briefs
Oversee video shoots, digital productions and live events
Develop and manage detailed project budgets
Act as a link to production vendors, negotiating fees and contracts
Build and manage complex production schedules and all associated logistics
Maintain clear and consistent communication across all stakeholders
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven social media production experience in a fast-paced creative environment
Strong budgeting skills and experience
Exceptional organisational and project management skills
A pro-active mindset – you spot opportunities and anticipate issues
A resourceful, positive attitude to problem-solving
A clear and effective communicator with an ability to build relationships at all levels
