Area Sales Manager – London & Surrounding Counties
(High-End European Interiors Manufacturer)
We’re partnering with a premium European interiors manufacturer recognised for design innovation, quality, and a strong presence within the kitchen retail and interiors market. Following continued year-on-year growth, they are now looking to appoint an Area Sales Manager to manage and develop key relationships across the Greater London region.
Package: Circa £55,000 basic + £20,000 annual bonus (paid monthly) + fully electric company car OTE Year 1: Circa £75,000
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and growing business that has consistently taken market share year after year. The brand is recognised for its cutting-edge product range, boasting a reputation for quality and innovation. It plans to expand further in 2026 with the launch of new products.
The Role
* Manage and grow a well-established territory with over 200 active accounts and further opportunity to develop 100+ dormant or low-spending customers
* Build strong, long-term partnerships with independent kitchen retailers (70%), electrical distribution partners (20%), and regional developers/contract clients (10%)
* Drive sales through consultative account management, training, and promotional activity
* Collaborate with internal teams to support new product launches and marketing initiatives
* Maintain accurate CRM records and manage opportunities through a structured, planned approach
The Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience as an Area / Regional Sales Manager or Account Manager within the KBB / Interiors or electrical appliance sector
* Experience managing a large geographical area, ideally within the Greater London region
* Strong background in developing independent kitchen studios and trade partners
* Commercially driven with a consultative approach and a passion for design-led products
* Based inside the M25 ideally
