Roles & Responsibilities
* Lead restaurant operations, enforce policies, standards, and training programs.
* Support the General Manager in developing top-performing team members.
* Demonstrate integrity, knowledge, and promote honeygrow’s culture and values.
* Perform all station functions and oversee daily administrative tasks.
* Train, coach, and develop employees.
* Ensure excellent guest experiences and food safety compliance.
* Supervise shifts and maintain facilities standards.
Minimum Requirements
* Must be at least 18 years old.
* Availability to meet restaurant scheduling needs.
* Strong food prep experience; ServSafe certification preferred.
* At least one year of restaurant experience.
Physical Requirements
* Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Good vision and dexterity for handling kitchen equipment.
