Working with the iconic BMW brand, you’ll be responsible for the overall performance of this business and its financial contribution to the continued success of the BMW MINI Division and the wider Sytner Group. The Head of Business at Sytner BMW MINI Swansea will manage and positively influence all aspects of the dealership's operations.
Sytner Group empowers its Heads of Business with the autonomy to run the dealership as a personal business venture, providing a platform to showcase entrepreneurial spirit.
Working closely with the management team, the Head of Business will be accountable for the dealership's continued growth.
