The Role
As Mechanical Project Supervisor, you\'ll lead on-site teams to deliver mechanical installations safely, on time, and to spec. You\'ll coordinate with engineers and project managers, ensure compliance, and mentor junior staff.
Responsibilities
* Supervise site teams and workflows
* Liaise with project managers and clients
* Conduct site inspections and safety checks
* Resolve technical issues and maintain documentation
* Enforce quality control and safety standards
* Ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery
Qualifications
* Experience in mechanical supervision within building services
* Strong leadership and technical skills
* Familiarity with education, healthcare, and commercial projects
* Full UK driving licence
