Impact Academy Development
* Candidate attraction and interviewing
* Client relationship building

Key Responsibilities
* First 6-9 months:
o Source and interview candidates
o Prepare CVs for client presentation
o Achieve KPIs
o Support senior consultants
* After progression:
o Develop new business
o Manage client accounts
o Negotiate margins
o Maintain safeguarding excellence
o Run your own desk
Uncapped commission throughout.
