Part-time, temporary Accounts Assistant and PA

We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Accountant to join a small, friendly team. This part-time role is ideal for someone who excels in both transactional accounts and year end support.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Handling day-to-day transactional accounting tasks including processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, supporting month end and dealing with queries.
* Year end
* Liaising with the auditors
* Supporting the team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a similar role is essential.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
* An ability to be self sufficient
