World Options provide businesses with a one-stop logistics solution for domestic, international and freight shipments. Through our industry leading portal, we supply access to the world's largest carriers. This allows users to choose carriers based on price, speed of transit or availability.

What we are looking for
The successful candidate will be required to deal with Inbound customer queries through a ticketing system and via email. Update customer when required on the status of their shipments.
As a rapidly growing business, there is an opportunity for the successful candidate to become an integral part of the business and learn and develop skills working alongside experienced industry professionals. The role can be part time Monday – Friday, open to discuss hours
Role requirements
· Ensure each customer receives a positive service and experience
· Confident telephone manner
· Strong communication skills and ability to build a strong rapport with customers
· Effectively use CRM
What You Need
· Good level of understanding using Microsoft Office (mainly excel, word)
· Experience working in Freight/Logistics preferred.
· Customer focused
· Problem-solving and time management skills
Hourly Rate £13-£15
The role is part time Monday – Friday. Circa 20-25 hours per week
Ideal would be 9.00am - 3pm or 10am-4pm
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £20,000.00-£23,500.00 per year
