About the Role
The Events Sales Manager plays a critical role in driving the growth and success of our events business. This position involves identifying, pursuing, and securing new revenue opportunities through proactive sales strategies and strong relationship management. The role acts as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to post-event follow-up. The focus is on exceeding sales targets, enhancing client satisfaction, and optimizing event outcomes to achieve business objectives and elevate our brand in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
* Identify and generate new business through networking, cold calling, and industry events
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs
* Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
* Collaborate with internal teams for seamless event execution
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity
* Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
* Achieve or exceed sales targets
Candidate Profile
* Proven sales experience, preferably in events or hospitality
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
* Passion for events and creative problem-solving
