A Legal 500 law firm is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant to join its well-established and growing real estate team in Bradford.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Conveyancing Assistant in Bradford / Leeds to join a collaborative and supportive firm known for delivering high-quality property work across a broad client base.
As a Conveyancing Assistant in the Bradford office, you’ll work closely with experienced fee earners handling a varied caseload, with clear development opportunities and strong day-to-day support in a modern, flexible working environment.
The Role
* Assisting fee earners on residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
* Supporting on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Preparing legal documents, contracts and correspondence
* Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
* Managing files and updating case management systems
* Handling post-completion formalities and documentation
* Ensuring compliance with firm procedures and regulatory requirements
* Providing high levels of client care within a busy team
The Candidate
* Experience working as a Conveyancing Assistant or Legal Assistant
* Background within a residential property or real estate team
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Confident communicator with a professional approach
* Able to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines
* Team player with a proactive and reliable attitude
* Keen to develop a long-term career within property law
