Role Overview
RLB has been appointed by various organizations to deliver survey commissions. The role involves visual assessment of building fabric and services condition, captured via a mobile app. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter to take accountability for core surveying services across interesting properties.
Role Responsibilities
1. Delivery of Building Fabric condition data capture surveys
2. Ensure value for money in all activities
3. Carry out duties efficiently per processes and procedures
4. Adhere to procurement, commercial, and contractual strategies
5. Comply with Environmental, Health, Safety, Security, and Quality Standards
Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
* Qualified in a suitable technical discipline or asset management experience
* Membership of relevant professional body or willing to obtain within 3 years
Experience:
* Strong technical delivery experience
* Excellent data capture and Excel skills
* Knowledge of CAFM systems
* Familiarity with industry guidance (e.g., BCIS, SFG20, FMS002, HTMs/HBNs)
