We are looking for a dynamic Production Team Leader to oversee our nightshift operations. In this critical role, you'll lead a dedicated team to ensure that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely during the night hours, keeping our standards high and our products top-quality. Your leadership will empower your team and ensure that our production goals are met while fostering a culture of safety and teamwork. Responsibilities
* Supervise and lead the production team during night shifts, ensuring targets are met efficiently
* Implement and maintain health and safety standards and quality control measures throughout the production process
* Provide training and support to team members, enabling them to excel in their roles
* Work collaboratively with management to review production metrics and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
* Encourage a positive working environment by promoting communication, feedback, and teamwork
* Actively engage in problem-solving to overcome production challenges in real-time
Typical hours for this position will be Sunday-Thursday 22.30-07.00.
Rate of pay: £14.76/hour plus shift allowance.
Requirements
* Experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a production or manufacturing environment is essential
* Strong understanding of production processes, safety regulations, and quality assurance practices
* Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on improving production efficiency'li>
