The role involves supporting the CEO and COO/CFO in delivering strategic people plans and priorities for the company. Working closely with senior management, you will respond proactively and reactively to evolving business needs, providing comprehensive and effective people solutions that enable performance and growth. You will contribute to company-wide and ITV-wide initiatives, helping to make Plimsoll a great place to work.
Key Responsibilities
* Risk & Compliance: Identify operational risk, ensuring full compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
* People Data & Insight: Own and analyse people data for business areas, providing reporting and insight to inform and influence decisions as needed.
* Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing development of the HR function, partnering with ITV to deliver a high quality, efficient and professional People service. Maintain a working knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
About You
You are a HR professional with significant generalist expertise, ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified, and proven experience in UK employment law and HR best practice. You preferably have experience in a fast-paced, high profile organisation and have supported senior leaders with proactive, HR solutions.
You are a confident communicator who quickly builds trusted relationships and is comfortable influencing and constructively challenging leaders and managers. Adaptable and self-sufficient, you work independently and remain calm under pressure. With strong organisational and analytical skills, you bring excellent personal presence and impact, and are passionate about people development, personal growth and creating a high-performance culture.
