Technical Manager (12 month FTC - January Start)
We’re recruiting for a 12-month fixed‑term contract with a leading food manufacturer in Dinnington. This is a great opportunity to join a well‑established site, drive high standards, and make a real impact.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading the technical and food safety agenda across the site
* Ensuring compliance with customer, BRC and retailer standards
* Driving continuous improvement in quality, safety, and hygiene
* Managing audits and supporting the technical team day‑to‑day
* Building strong cross‑functional relationships to maintain best practice
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in a Technical Manager or senior technical role within food manufacturing
* Strong understanding of food safety, quality systems, and retailer audits
* Ideally HACCP Level 4 qualified (or working towards)
* Confident communicator with a hands‑on, problem‑solving approach
