Residential support worker for waking nights in intensive service in Norwich

You will be working for a local company with a fantastic reputation in the local area of providing high quality care to children who have had traumatic starts in life. Your new role
As a waking night children's support worker you will be based within their intensive trauma service that offers 24/7 care for one individual at any given time. As the young person in this service will have experienced severe trauma you will need to be on hand to support them during the night with emotional distress and safeguard them against destructive behaviours.
As a waking night member of staff you will have support available from 2 sleep in members of staff in the adjacent service.
The shifts are 10 hours and work in a 4 on/ 4 off rotation.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience supporting children who have experienced trauma and be passionate about promoting positive outcomes.
You will have a full driving licence.
