Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum, DOE
Contract: Permanent | Full-time or Part-time/Flexible considered
We are a fast-growing national tax practice now recruiting a Corporate & International Tax Assistant Managers and Managers.
This dynamic team works with an impressive portfolio of clients across all sectors, delivering complex advisory work and high-quality compliance services.
Due to sustained national expansion, we are seeking ambitious, technically strong tax professionals ready to take on a varied role that offers genuine progression, exposure to senior leaders, and the chance to work on diverse, high-value advisory projects.
You'll be supported by an exceptional leadership team and a collaborative national network of tax experts.
Background & Experience
We are looking for individuals with:
* Minimum 3 years' experience for Assistant Manager or 4+ years for Manager in corporate tax
* ATT/CTA and/or ACA qualification
* Experience working directly with clients and intermediaries
* Alphatax experience (preferred, not essential)
* Strong project management and communication skills
* A proactive approach to identifying opportunities across wider tax service lines
* A track record of developing junior team members
Strong exposure to corporate tax advisory and compliance, including:
* Corporate tax compliance
* Corporate & shareholder reorganisations
* Acquisition and sale structuring
* Tax due diligence
* Demergers
A solid understanding of core tax compliance and accounting areas, such as:
* Treatment of exceptional items
* Accruals/provisions including pension adjustments
* Loss relief planning and group relief
* Corporate Interest Restriction
* Controlled Foreign Company rules
* Corporate and deferred tax accounting, including consolidated disclosures
