Customer Advisor
Newark, Full Time, 12 month FTC

Our Internationally operating Newark based Client is looking for a Customer Advisor to join their Service team on a full-time basis for a 12 month FTC.
Your main duties will be scheduling engineers to maximise productivity within the department.
THE ROLE
Your responsibilities as a Customer Advisor will include:
* Own the communication with the customer at all stages in house and field jobs, providing timely updates and information
* Communicate effectively with all internal departments
* Get feedback on the company service
* Allocate a team member to a task as and when required
* Schedule maintenance appointments as needed
* Use SAP to make sure customers invoices are correct
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal Customer Advisor will be able to demonstrate the following key skills and experience:
* Excellent telephone manner
* Excellent customer service by phone and email
* The ability to listen and understand customer needs
* Strong organisational skills
* Be adaptable to change
* Good working knowledge of CRM/SAP Systems
