* Job Role: Land & Partnership Manager
* Location: Birmingham
* Region: Midlands region – brand new operating region
* Salary: Salary up to £70,000 per annum, company car/ car allowance and land related bonus
* Reports to: Land and Development Director
* Remit: Land discipline
* Working on: New build developments and partnership agreements
* Working arrangements: Flexible working arrangements between home, office and site
* Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
