The incumbent in this position will act as a senior member of the Private Equity Portfolio Management function, overseeing private equity vehicles under management, across varies geographies and structures. You will play a critical leadership role in the strategic management and monitoring of each funds’ diversified global portfolio and balance sheet. This includes oversight of each fund’s investments (primary, secondary and co-investments) and liquidity management within the context both permanent and open-ended capital structures. You will work closely with internal investment, finance, capital markets and investor relations teams, as well as external stakeholders including fund Boards, regulators, and public shareholders. This is a senior, highly visible position suited to a seasoned private markets professional with extensive fund selection, portfolio construction, and liquidity forecasting expertise, particularly in the context of long-dated or listed private capital structures. Deep understanding of the specific characteristics of various fund structures, including listed investment trusts and open-ended structures. Strong familiarity with liquidity modelling, NAV forecasting, and performance attribution in a long-term illiquid investment context. Prior interaction with boards, listed structures, or fund governance processes is highly preferred.
