The Harbour Tavern is everything you could want in a seaside pub and more. It sits in the heart of Bridlington with superb views out over the harbour itself. A true staple in the town centre that has seen it all over its 20 plus years serving the locals and the many holiday makers who have walked through its doors.
The Harbour Tavern is a wet only pub with a great drinks range, with a pool table and darts board just off the main bar area. The pub has plenty of seating to accommodate all guests, especially in those busy summer months. There is an additional bar upstairs which is currently not in use but given the right operator could be a potential money spinner. Currently taking around £11,000 in weekly sales, the guests are mix of tourists in the day and locals in the evening. Given the seasonality of the pub there will additional financial support in the less tourist driven months.
