Role Overview:
This is a supportive administrative role within the Credit Control team, ideal for someone who enjoys structured tasks, service-oriented communication, and working in a collaborative environment. You will assist Credit Controllers by handling administrative duties and making service-related outbound calls to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Credit Control team
Make outbound service calls to follow up on queries and gather information
Log and update customer account information accurately
Assist in resolving basic account queries and escalating complex issues
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Support the team in achieving collection targets through non-collection tasksSkills and Experience:
Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
Comfortable making outbound service calls (non-sales)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Basic understanding of credit control processes is a plusPreferred Attributes:
