Your Role
* Lead luxury residential & hospitality projects from concept to completion
* Manage client relationships and coordinate with consultants
* Oversee technical design, detailing, and compliance
* Mentor junior team members
* Take on contract administration when required
What You’ll Need
* ARB registered with 5+ years’ post-Part 3 experience
* Proven track record on luxury residential projects
* Strong technical and detailing skills (Revit, AutoCAD, NBS)
* Excellent communication and organisation
* Heritage/conservation experience a bonus
