Finance Reporting Analyst
With the FP&A team modernising reporting tasks and tools while facing increasing reporting demand from internal stakeholders, the Finance Reporting Analyst FP&A will support the function in running and delivering monthly financial reports to senior management. The role will work closely with the FP&A and Accounting teams to run and evolve reporting tasks and content. What You Will Do
* To maintain GxP compliance regulations to ensure that the applicable standards and regulations are adhered at all times. This includes following of standard operating procedures and approved written documentation.
* Work closely with Finance Business Partners to deliver monthly Sales Flash, COGs, Opex, P&L, Capex reporting including variance analysis.
* Provide analytical support by running data extraction from various sources, consolidating and transforming data into clear informative summaries.
* Provide crucial assistance to the Finance team during peak periods such as month-end and budgeting cycles, dealing with ad-hoc data reporting & analysis when required.
* Take a proactive role in the FP&A roadmap of reporting improvements, making recommendations and taking steps to improve data processes, tools and reports with a view to achieve efficiency gains and better address stakeholder needs.
* Develop knowledge through technical training and experience on the job to become one of our Board EPM administrator
* Be involved in data integration projects to implement FP&A requirements and be involved in the future maintenance of data quality resulting from those projects e.g. ERP, EPM, Azure Data Warehousing
* Support the implementation of new dashboards to improve data driven decision support
* Support a continuous drive for innovation and automation in data processing and analysis

What You Will Bring
Qualifications
* A bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of knowledge
* Part-qualified accountant
Experience
* 2-3 years’ experience
* Ability to compile data from multiple data sources, create and maintain data models
* Ability to use data reporting tools
* Ability to analyse and interpret data
Core Competencies
* Self-learner who is passionate by data tools and data projects
* Data Analytics or Planning Tool experience is a strong plus (e.g. PowerBI, Board or equivalent)
* Strong excel knowledge
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Must demonstrate integrity and high ethical standards
* Ability to adapt priorities quickly, to be pro-active and to work within tight deadlines
* Results orientated and accountable for actions
* Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English
* Candidate should demonstrate a growth mindset and willingness to learn.
