Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Senior Project Manager to deliver our 'Pre-Construction & Procurement' service offering, working on AI-Ready developments from Development & Due Diligence stages through to Project Implementation & Delivery.
The Senior Project Manager will be providing pre-construction and procurement management services including; programme establishment and maintenance, strategic phasing and logistics plan creation and consideration, PEP and CPP drafting with the provision of general management of pre-construction activities including proactive risk and opportunity management.
The role will be working with and seconded into a client team, in a leadership role to drive the progression of the project lifecycle stages and deliverables. The Senior Project Manager will ensure stakeholders are managed through the development process and lead professional services such as cost and time analyses to support decision making on schemes.
The role is a hybrid role with flexibility as to where the Senior Project Manager is located to work remotely, although regular travel (up to 50%) is required to both London and across the UK and Europe.
Qualifications & Requirements
Candidates shall:
1. Have 5-10 years project management experience on medium to large-scale construction projects.
2. Have the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients and business stakeholders.
3. Speak fluently in English.
4. Thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
5. Have a strong background in successfully delivering construction/project management services through a variety of project stages.
6. Preferably have a qualification in construction/design/project management or an engineering subject.
7. Have experience in at least one of the following sectors:
