Regional Facilities Manager
We're seeking a proactive and experienced Regional Facilities Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of multiple sites located from N/E to Leeds area. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure all contracted services are delivered in line with legal, statutory and client requirements, resolve operational issues swiftly and keep the site running smoothly, efficiently and in full compliance with contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and support the operational delivery of facilities across multiple sites.
* Ensure all services meet legal, regulatory and client standards.
* Respond promptly to daily challenges with professionalism and efficiency.
* Maintain high standards of performance, safety and compliance across all areas.
What we're looking for
* Solid general education and a relevant qualification in Facilities Management.
* Proven track record of continuous professional development within the FM industry.
* Strong leadership, problem‑solving and communication skills.Commitment to excellence and a customer‑focused mindset.
