Full Time (37 hours per week) and Part Time (18.5 hours per week) contracts available
Term Time Only for 40 weeks and Permanent
Salary scale 5: £29,004 - £31,845 (pro rata)
Note: The actual salary will be based on the number of term time weeks worked. For the full 40 weeks, this is approximately £25,577 - £28,083 (full time) and £12,788 - £14,041 (part time).
We invite applications for the role of a Progress Coach at Bridgend College. You will support learners' progress and success by managing their learner journey within a curriculum area, fostering their personal, social, and emotional wellbeing, and supporting their confidence and resilience through the Learning Programme Promise and tutorial programmes.
Candidates should have experience working with young people in a post-16 environment, demonstrating care, compassion, and a person-centred approach. Diplomatic skills, tact, and emotional resilience are essential when working with challenging students. Join a supportive team passionate about the learner journey.
