This is a permanent part time role working Saturday 9am - 2.30pm with additional hours as agreed.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver efficient, caring, and professional service to all customers
* Maintain high standards of product knowledge, merchandising, and store presentation
* Support team members across all areas of the store when needed
* Operate the Lotto counter and handle transactions accurately as required
* Maintain general housekeeping and stock levels
* Build strong relationships with our local community
Do You Have What We're Looking For?
* Retail experience is essential (pharmacy experience is preferred)
* Lotto retail experience is an advantage
* Familiarity with Toniq Point of Sale system is preferred
* Strong customer focus and community connection
* Excellent communication skills and a high standard of grooming
* Proficient in computer systems and a quick learner
* Adaptable, empathetic, and proactive in a busy environment
* Willingness to learn and grow in a retail healthcare setting
