If you’re experienced in legal pricing, project management, and working with global law firms, we’d love to hear from you. Both positions are 12-month contracts with the possibility of extension, based in London (Kings Cross) – hybrid considered.
Position 1: Legal Projects Manager – IC5 (Beeline ID: 64386-1)
Location: London, UK (Onsite/Hybrid)
Duration: 12 months
Level: IC5 – 8–10 years’ experience
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and run end-to-end law firm panel processes across EMEA.
Negotiate Alternative Fee Arrangements (AFAs) and deliver pricing analysis.
Build and deliver training decks, playbooks, and project documentation.
Drive spend management, reporting, and data insights using Google Suite, SharePoint, and Power BI.
Partner closely with senior stakeholders across Legal, Finance, and Policy teams.
Must-Have Skills:
5+ years’ experience in legal pricing/project management in EMEA.
Proven experience in AFAs, rate benchmarking, and vendor management.
Prior work in both in-house legal departments and law firms.
Strong financial acumen (budgeting, accruals, spend tracking).
Excellent stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
Position 2: Legal Pricing Analyst – IC4 (Beeline ID: 64313-1)
Location: London, UK (Onsite/Hybrid)
Duration: 12 months
Level: IC4 – 5–7 years’ experience
Key Responsibilities:
Support Legal Ops team with pricing strategy, RFPs, and vendor negotiations.
Negotiate AFAs and rate cards with law firms across EMEA.
Roll out MRAs and assist in operationalising pricing processes.
Conduct market research and track legal pricing trends.
Draft training, playbooks, and internal communications.
Must-Have Skills:
5+ years’ experience in legal pricing and law firm negotiations.
Strong Excel/Google Suite skills for analysis and reporting.
Comfortable working with ambiguity and tight deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication (drafting digestible reports/emails).
Prior experience in a law firm + in-house legal team.
