Key Responsibilities - Prepare, coat, and fry fish, chips, and other menu items following precise recipes and cooking techniques to achieve the perfect texture and flavour. - Work closely with the team to ensure prompt service and help maintain a positive experience for every guest. - Maintain a clean and organised frying station, ensuring all health, safety, and hygiene standards are strictly followed. - Monitor frying times, temperatures, and portion sizes to maintain consistent quality and presentation in every order. Requirements - To meet the qualifications and training requirements, candidates must be 18 years and over.
